Garry Spencer and his team are now conducting Cutting & Motivational Days for hair salon staff across Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

As well as cutting & colouring, we teach motivational techniques and teamwork, how to create a positive atmosphere in the salon and also photo-shoot work.

Importantly for hair salon performance, we will teach your staff how to promote retail with real impact and results.

Instead of one junior hairdresser travelling to London alone, to learn how to do 1 cut and 1 colour, the whole hairdressing team participates in full-on day, and return to your salon brimming with fresh ideas interwoven into a really professional approach to their hair salon work.
