"I moved to Skelmersdale two years ago, and was finding it very difficult to find a salon that I felt comfortable with and being new to the area I started to try a few different salons. I went into one salon for a colour one afternoon and the worst happened.... I was very unhappy with the result. I am one of those people who does not like complaining so left very quietly and scurried home in shock.

I was then told about a salon called Trimmers in the concourse shopping centre, and that the staff there specialised in colour.

I picked up the phone, explained the situation and was invited to the salon for a complimentary consultation.

I was greeted by the most friendly staff, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome.

I had a great consultation with the lady that was going to take care of me. She explained everything that she could do to help me and gave me lots of choices, most of all though, she actually listened to me!

I chose to stay at Trimmers and let them take care of me.

I was delighted with the results and the customer service I received. That was eleven months ago, and I have not gone anywhere else since. Oh and the by way, the cappuccino's are fab!"

I love going to Spencer Hair Company to get my hair done becuase they are so accomodating, the salon is open until 9pm on a Thursday and Friday which is great for me because I can go straight from work.

I go to this salon to get my hair extensions done, they are amazing and I love them, and all my family and friends love them too. The lady that looks after my hair for me is great, she puts in so much attention to detail when she does it, that I feel a million dollars when she is finished. The colour match that she gets with the rest of my hair is perfect, you would never tell the extensions are not my own hair.
